Where we came from
The agency started in 2021 in Medellín, at a point when Spanish-language live streaming was still treated as a hobby rather than a profession. Five years later the network exceeds 3,500 creators, is an official agency on four platforms and works across Latin America and the United States.
We have spent two years in a row in the Gold category Top 10 at TikTok LIVE Fest, TikTok's tournament between creator networks (Creator Network Tournament):
- 2025: Top 9 in the United States (US+ region) with Golden House Ink LLC, our US agency.
- 2024: Top 3 in Latin America by progression and Top 7 in Latin America by points, back when we were still called Golden Agency Ink: same team, only the name changed.
- TikTok LIVE Fest Global 2024: our creator @solheoficial was a winner, and we were the only Latin American agency with a winning creator.

How to tell a real agency from a scam
This industry has a serious problem with fake agencies, and creators just starting out are the easiest target. Here are the three filters we use ourselves — and we encourage you to apply them to us:

What we do not do
- We do not promise income figures. Nobody controls the conversion table or how much your audience gifts. Anyone quoting a number before watching you stream is selling you something.
- We do not give tax advice. Your earnings are reported according to your obligations in your country. Speak to an accountant.
- We do not lock anyone in. No forced commitments; we explain the exit with no penalties.
- We never charge the creator. Not for anything, ever.

Yes, on TikTok LIVE, Bigo Live, Alii and Clapper. Being official means being recognised by the platform inside its creator network programme, with access to campaigns, bonuses and tools a solo creator cannot reach.
How do I check whether an agency is genuinely official?
Ask three things: where their physical office is, whether the money passes through them, and whether they charge anything to join. A legitimate agency has an address, never touches your money and charges you nothing. If any of the three fails, walk away.

Our head office is at Avenida 80 49A #148, Medellín, Antioquia, Colombia. We work remotely only with creators who live in Latin America or the United States; we do not onboard creators from other regions.
